Personal Hygiene is very important for everybody, but men's hygiene
routine
sometimes is very limited. Because some men think that shower, soap,
shaving, deodorant, brushing and rinse teeth's, combing hair and
clean clothes -- is all what they will do!
Men have many
questions and problems regarding their skin but fail to
concentrate on the subject! Here are some important TIPS about shaving:
1. Better to
shave after you shower, because the facial hair softens up a little
from the steam and water temperature.
2. Apply shaving
cream to face and massage gently for 2-3 minutes. This allows impurities
to rise to the surface and loosens up dead cells.
3. Make a warm
temperature towel compress for 3-5 minutes, or a hot temperature
compress if your blood pressure is normal and the capillary on the
skin is not enlarged.
4. Use ONLY
personal shaving tools; always clean after previous use; do not
share with anybody... even family members!
5. Find a comfortable
position of the blade to the skin, stretch skin a little, (do not
rush!) and make calm movements in the direction of the hair growth
first to avoid cuts and irritations. The second time go in the opposite
direction, from the end of the hair to the root.
5. For more

8. After shaving
use non-alcohol toner according to your skin type followed by moisturizing
cream. Protect your skin from the sun.
9. If you are
experiencing severe burning, redness, or painful tightness of the
skin, compress with Chamomile tea sometimes is helpful. If you have
cuts use Hydrogen peroxide 3% direct to the wound, followed by antibiotic
ointment from local drug store ... otherwise see a skin care specialist.
